Full House Refurbishment

We needed a full house refurbishment with a double storey kitchen bedroom extension. Lee Adams were great from start to finish. Kitchen Extension and New Bathroom

We have used Lee Adams Builders Ltd for a number of years, both at our previous property and our current home as we needed a builder local to the Cheshire and Stockport area.

We have always been delighted with the quality of work, our most recent jobs include a kitchen extension and building work prior to installing a new bathroom.

Lee and his team are always punctual and polite, they work hard and to a high standard, taking a pride in their work. Utility room extension

When we decided to have a utility room extension built we were a little nervous as like most people we have heard many apocryphal tales of cowboy builders and having recently relocated from Hertfordshire, had no personal knowledge of any local builders.

We selected Lee Adams Builders Ltd as they were local, covering surrounding Cheshire areas such as Stockport, and also specialised in extensions but were also happy to smaller jobs.

Lee arranged for plans to be drawn up and submitted for building regulations approval and continued to keep us informed of progress and expected start date and build duration, work commenced as promised and despite some appalling weather was completed on schedule and within budget. We were also very impressed by how thoroughly they tidied up after they had finished each day.

The quality of the work and materials used throughout the project has been very good and the finish excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
